The kitchen is newer with upgraded appliances. There is a bridal prep bedroom and bath. Staircase for photos. The parking valet is required for events over 80. There are many views from every side of the house. The outside event area is like being on the bridge of a ship with 360 views of the ocean, San Clemente beaches and the Dana Point Harbor.

This is a beautiful place with fantastic views of the ocean. It is perfect for an outdoor wedding. The interior has lots of room for the wedding preparation. We could not be happier with the owner, Anne. She helped us all the way through. Anne gave us vendor recommendations from the florist to the catering. She was very accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable on our special day. We loved the fact that the venue is close to the beach to “escape” for a bit to take pictures. Our guests enjoyed the stunning views and of course took the opportunity to take pictures with the vibrant sunset as a background.
